Jeanne Lynch Scholarship Fund

The Jeanne Lynch Scholarship Fund was established to honor Jeanne Lynch, whose indefatigable energy and love was a prime motivator to launch the Portland Recorder Society chapter of the ARS and the Columbia River Early Music Retreat. She organized and led an eager pack of early musicians to get all the work done in an amazingly short time, by establishing the PRS chapter in the fall of 2007 and holding the first CREMR in the spring of 2008. We miss her with her positive and welcoming attitude to everyone. Happily we have now celebrated the 10th anniversary of the PRS and the 10th anniversary of the CGEMR and hope we can maintain her leadership with a welcome to all—in one small way—through this scholarship fund. The Jeanne Lynch Scholarship Fund was established to honor Jeanne Lynch, whose indefatigable energy and love was a prime motivator to launch the Portland Recorder Society chapter of the ARS and the Columbia Gorge Early Music Retreat.
